Straight Leg Raising (SLR) Exercise
Lie on your back, bend your left leg, and Plant your foot on the floor. Then, raise your right leg while keeping it straight. Hold for 20 to 30 seconds, relax on the floor. Repeat for the other side.
Progression: do the same exercise with a weight calf.
