 
              Iliotibial Band (ITB) and Tensor Fascia lata Self-Stretching in lying position
              
              
	To stretch the right ITB, lie on your left side at the edge of the table, bend your left hip and knee on the table for support. Hyper extend your right hip with knee straight and dangle your stretched right leg from the table and smoothly let it down as much as possible.
