Full can Exercise

In standing position, grab a weight of 1 to 2 pounds with the affected side, keep your hand in mid position of front and side of your body. Imagine that you have a glass of water in your hand. With the help of the unaffected side raise your hand up and then let it go down very slow to the normal position.

Note: Do not turn your hand down to pour your imaginary water from the glass.
