Stretching of Scalenus muscle

Sit nice and tall. To stretch the left Scalenus muscle, bend your head to the right, then bend your head backward, and at the end rotate your head to the left. Take a deep breath and hold it for 20 seconds, then relax your head.

Do the same for the opposite side in the opposite direction.
