Stretching of trapezius muscle

Sit nice and tall. To stretch the left trapezius muscle, bend your head to the right, then rotate your head to the right and at the end bend your head forward. You can use your hand to apply a little bit more pressure. Hold it for 10 seconds, then relax your head.

Do the same for the opposite side in the opposite direction.
