Stretching of pectoralis muscles

  1. Stand at a corner of a room, place your palms and forearms on the adjacent walls with the elbows 90 degrees bent, lean forward, hold it for 30 seconds and get back to the first step. Note that you must avoid hyperextension of your lower back.
